At Black Wing, we always strive for your satisfaction and to meet your needs. Therefore, we provide you with an easy and transparent return and exchange service according to the conditions outlined below.
Return and Exchange Steps
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email
Please provide us with the following information when submitting a return or exchange request:
1- Order number
2- Name of the product to be returned or exchanged
3- Reason for the return or exchange

2. Review the request and issue the shipping label
After receiving your request:
The case will be reviewed
Shipping label will be issued
The label will be sent to you via WhatsApp
The shipment must be delivered to the courier company’s representative within a maximum of two days from the date of label issuance to avoid expiration.
Return and Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange the product within one day from the date of receipt.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Undamaged
- Not have its labels removed
- In complete packaging
The product must be handed over to the courier with the purchase invoice.
The Black Wing team will examine the product to ensure it complies with the return and exchange conditions.
Return and Exchange Costs
Shipping costs are borne by the customer in cases of return or exchange.
Shipping fees are charged to the shipping company and cannot be refunded.
In case the customer does not receive the shipment and it is automatically returned to the store, and then requests it to be shipped again, the customer bears the shipping cost anew.
Prepaid Orders (Card – Sadaq – Installments)
1. Payment via credit/debit card
The customer can:
Return the product
Refund the amount to the same card
Or refund it as a credit in their Black Wing account
Return period:
6 working days → regular bank cards
14 working days → international credit cards
2. Payment via installment programs
The amount can be refunded or the product exchanged for the same or higher value.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
In case of payment upon delivery, the amount will be refunded to your bank account after receiving and inspecting the product.
Refund Options
You can choose one of the two methods:
- Refund to your balance within Black Wing store
- Refund to the original payment card (if the payment method was electronic)
